新酒店，設施齊全，服務好，房間寬敞，採光好。住起來整潔舒服，衞生細節很到位。房間內部軟裝也很大氣，床品舒服。酒店內設有免費停車場，不過位置有限。唯一美中不足的就是健身房，衹開到夜晚八點半，對於早出晚歸，回到酒店還想鍛鍊的旅客很不友好。 地理位置居中，租車自駕遊的話開車去市中心和藍山都在30-45分鐘左右，我們選這邊是因為想自駕去藍山玩幾天，這個算是附近最好的住宿，且人少安靜。酒店周圍餐食不多，衹有一些連鎖快餐店kfc、麥當勞一類，不過對於我們來説算是夠吃了，要找好吃的東西就得跑遠一點。

Great hotel to stay in Penrith, directly opposite the Panther league club which has lots of restaurants (can get busy on the weekend though). Room is big and modern. If you are not really into buffet breakfast, Tori Cafe down in lobby area is great for light breakfast and serves good coffee.

Located in the prime location, easy reach to shops, central, restaurants, we enjoyed the stay in the hotel with a great cozy room, modern bathroom, customer service, daily room service, friendly staff, secured parking, adequate amenities and as a creamy layer, FREE EV charging station. I highly recommend this for the location and amenities, tidy spacious room and bathroom and all above features. One thing that I would like to suggest is to please provide clear adequate signs (EV charging stations)in the parking to avoid circling around.

Lovely stay in Pullman, we stayed to be close to the blue mountains. The gym had good equipment options, staff were friendly and the room was quiet and clean. Loved the free parking as well. We’d stay here again if we had a need to be in western Sydney.

鉑爾曼服務差一些，酒店訂單寫著full bed，非給安排兩張單人床，多次溝通未果，後來訂房網站客服介入也沒解決，後來平台給的部分賠償，説實話真的不滿意，但訂房網站服務不錯，一直幫忙協調，就當給訂房網站面子吧！

No refund provided even after not being able to check in due to sickness. Hotel shows no compassion even after evidence given of sickness. Kept all my money with no partial refund. Management and policy seems to be disappointing.

環境：新開的酒店設施都很新，停車場🅿️免費 服務：前台服務態度挺好的 房間：同等價位酒店裡偏小，且不通風… 早餐：種類是真的很少，對亞洲住客的胃口不友好，全是簡單的西式，但服務員態度還算不錯。 建議住房可以，不需要單獨額外付費加早餐，性價比不高，口味單一。
